Over the past 15 years we have built our own professional track record, working with the NHS, the wider public sector, not-for-profit organisations, the private sector and SMEs. Current Assignments

Julia has been invited to speak at the Public Services People Manager’s Association (PPMA) conference. It will be an Enabling Session on Developing your career as a Non Executive Director on 28 April. See their website for more details.

Rupert Wainwright is currently working as interim Director of Operations at Ipswich Hospital NHS Trust until April 2017.

Julia is now an accredited Belbin Team Roles practitioner.  As well as giving a greater insight into the benefits of 360°feedback, team dynamics and job analysis, this gives Julia full backup from the Belbin office. Get in touch if you'd like to hear more about Zenon's team building workshops.

Julia recently facilitated an HR career speed dating event for over 50 people. The event was for the HPMA London Academy and feedback was very positive: "The structured format was one of the most constructive I have encountered.".
